Overview
To help customers stay up-to-date with alert notifications against subscribed events, VIDIZMO offers them the flexibility to configure how the email notifications and alerts related to VIDIZMO application will be generated, at what intervals will they be checked, and the maximum number of retries before the process fails.
VIDIZMO allows you to configure Notifications settings using Application Configuration keys via Control Panel in your Portal. Here is how you can do this:

Configuring Notifications Settings in VIDIZMO
You can configure the following in Notifications section of Application Configuration:
Frequency Of Checking Subscription Data
Here, you can define the polling time in seconds after which the Notification service will look for any new emails it is supposed to send against any of the subscribed alerts such as when a user requests to join your portal. By default, the value has been set to 20 seconds.
Number Of Times To Retry
Here, you can define the maximum number of attempts that Notification service will make for sending a given email in a queue, after which it will move onto the next email. By default, the value has been set to 3 retries per notification email.
VIDIZMO Global Config
Using Global config key, you can access/retrieve the VIDIZMO application's configuration parameters that are being used application-wide for customer convenience and support such as Support Email, Privacy Policy, Contact Us etc.
