Overview 

VIDIZMO provides an option to set and control the Viewing Access for Portal (it applies to all video in the portal). Viewing Access gives users the ability to control the portal media's access permissions when it is uploaded. Hence, you can choose to restrict viewing access of all your portal video to authenticated internal users or keep it open to the anonymous viewers.

Steps


From the Portal's Homepage: 

  1. Click on the navigation menu on the top left of your screen. 
  2. Expand the Admin tab. 
  3. Click on Control Panel. 




  1. From the Manage Portal navigation pane in Control Panel: 

  1. Expand Security tab. 
  2. Then click on the Security Policy. 
  3. Select Custom tab to define your own policy. 
  4. Under the Viewing Access, select: 
  1. All Account and Portal Viewers: by selecting this option, all videos uploaded will be visible to all authenticated users of your account and portals. 

  2. All (Portal) Viewersby selecting this option, all videos uploaded will be visible only to the authenticated users of the portal they are uploaded in. 

  3. Anonymous Viewersby selecting this option, all videos uploaded will be visible to the anonymous public (basically anyone).

  2. Decide When Publishingby selecting this option, you can leave it up to the contributor to decide who can access each media at the time of upload. v. Click on the Update button to save changes. 

 

A notification will be displayed stating: Portal details have been updated successfully.
