Overview


The capability to make Users enable from a disable state within the Portal.

Follow the instructions below to enable single or multiple users.

Steps

Enable a Single User

I. From the Portal's Homepage:

1. Click on the navigation menu on the top left of your screen.

2. Expand the Admin tab.

3. Click on Users & Groups and you'll be directed to the Users & Group page.




II. From Groups section on the left-hand side of the screen:

1. Click on the Filter icon.

2. Enter a group name or part of the group name to Search.

3. Select a portal from the drop-down or filter using the All Portals option.

4. Group in which a user needs to enable/disable will appear. In case you selected All Users.



5. Form Members section on the right-hand side of the screen. Click on the filter icon.

6. Select a Disable user using Enable/ Disable dropdown.

7. Enter a username or part of the domain to search.

8. Click on the Apply button. 

9. Select user checkbox to enable.  

10. Click on the Action drop-down button.

11. Select Enable to proceed.


A notification will be displayed briefly stating: Selected user enabled successfully.


Enable Users Accounts in Bulk 

I. From the Portal's Homepage:

1. Click on the navigation menu on the top left of your screen.

2. Expand the Admin tab.

3. Click on Users & Groups and you'll be directed to the Users & Group page.



II. From Groups section on the left-hand side of the screen:

1. Click on the Filter icon.

2. Enter a group name or part of the group name to Search.

3. Select a portal from the drop-down or filter using the All Portals option.

4. Group in which a user needs to enable/disable will appear. In case you selected All Users.



5. Form Members section on the right-hand side of the screen. Click on the filter icon.

6. Select a Disable user using Enable/ Disable dropdown.

7. Enter a part of the domain to search.

8. Click on the Apply button. 

9. You can individually select each user or collectively select the entire group using the checkbox at the top.

10. Click on the Action drop-down button.

11. Select Enable to proceed.


A notification will be displayed briefly stating: Selected users have been enabled successfully.
