Folder Structure:  

Folders in VIDIZMO provide similar tasks to actual, physical folders. Different formats of evidence can be organized and stored in folders. Additionally, folders may also contain additional folders or evidence.  


To give you full experience of file management systems, we implemented the behavior of file system. Each evidence will exist as a separate entity with only single parent or no parent. Managing folders gives you the option to move, archive, draft and all those actions that you could perform on cases.

  • Keep an easy eye on consumption parameters for your portal with this new fix for the execution time out error.
  • Now select more than 10 media files for the reports generated for bulk selected media.
  • Transcode files and send them to Azure for indexing with this fix.
  • Now get all the options you need when selecting single and multiple collections or playlists.
  • A little fix to Limited Views option in the Limited Sharing Modal.
  • Get all the interaction capabilities such as commenting and adding to favorites for all the media you can access with this fix.
  • UI fix done to the Limited Share modal to help you add limited views with ease.
  • Contributors can now reupload media in DEMS 
  • With 'media sharing' permission enabled in portal settings, get the media sharing option for all media uploaded in media settings.
  • Run an Archive Policy manually and archive all media with matching criteria  
  • Add SCORM to the web application 
  • Removed unnecessary permissions from audit log page
  • In Media manager the context menu is now attached to the top of the screen and the force close button is now visible  
  • In DEMS, the filter for folder/case will no longer overlap
  • In Studio Space redaction the workflow button clicking gets a UI fix  
  • The left pane opened through the hamburger icon gets slightly darkened
  •  No indexing app is skipped now by the “on by default” setting for the VIDIZMO Indexer
  •  No processing activity gets an exception thrown with this new fix.
  • Same as the above, but more specifically for PNG image processing – since it left you all wondering.
  • Database logs don’t get clogged up no more with this massive update that keeps the server service smooth.
  • Too many media files to edit. Now edit more than 40 media at once with ease with this new update.
