Copy Mashup with Selective Metadata
- New and Improved UI! Now copy content and selective metadata along with it to your desired location within your portal. Likewise, you can also search, filter, or sort your content as well.
- In DEMS, you can also create a new folder or Case where you can copy your content or copy in the existing folders/cases.
- If you’re a part of another portal of the same account and have uploading rights, you can also copy your content and its metadata to any location of the other portal as well, depending on your role and permissions.
- If the account is hidden and can only be accessed through URL, you can also add hidden portal by giving URL, but you should be a member and have uploading rights to copy your content.
- Moving & restoring in DEM has now become easier with improved UI. Now, you can search, sort, or filter your folders and cases to find and select where you want to move or restore the selected content. You can move or restore the content in existing folders/cases or independently on Evidence Library or you can create a new folder/case as well.
Access to Processing Settings While Uploading
Want your content to be processed with the desired processing options? Here at VIDIZMO, we’ve got you covered!
You can now select whether you want your content to be transcoded or want to generate AI Insights while uploading so that you can save your time & cost by enabling Custom Upload. You can select which insights you want to be generated on files that you are uploading.
Bulk edit button allows you to edit all the content. If you want to bulk edit only the selected files, you can also do so by selecting the content individually and editing in bulk.
In case your page is refreshed, or due to any uncertainty, application is closed, your unprocessed content will be saved, and you can continue from where you left off to complete processing.
