Before you start

Before you start, make sure you are logged in as Chief, Deputy Chief, Sargeant.

Evidence

Single Evidence from Move Option

  1. If you want to move single evidence, you can click on the Overflow Menu icon, and then click on move.

  2. When you click on move, a popup dialogue box will appear on the screen, you can select your destination folder where you want to move the evidence.

  3. Select the folder and click on Move. Your evidence will be moved to another folder.


Single Evidence from settings

  1. If you want to move single evidence, you can click on the Overflow Menu icon, and then click on Settings.

  2. When you click on Settings, a settings page will be open, in the tab Basic Settings, click on Select Folder, by clicking on the select folder, a folder directory list will be open. You can select your destination folder where you want to move the evidence.

  3. Select the folder and click on Save and Close. Your case will be moved to another folder.


Multiple Evidence from Move Option

  1. If you want to move multiple pieces of evidence, by clicking on the Select Option icon, you can select multiple pieces of evidence. After selecting multiple pieces of evidence, click on move.

  2. When you click on the move, a popup dialogue box will appear on the screen, you can select your destination folder where you want to move the multiple pieces of evidence.

  3. Select the folder and click on Move. Your evidence will be moved to another folder.


Multiple Evidence from Settings

  1. If you want to move multiple pieces of evidence, by clicking on the Select Option icon, you can select multiple pieces of evidence. After selecting multiple pieces of evidence click on Settings.

Cases

Single Case from Move Option
