Overview

VIDIZMO allows its users to moderate comments before they get posted on the media's playback page. Comment moderation can be enabled on the Portal by the Managers and Administrators. This allows users to control the type and number of comments that get posted on the platform.

Here is how you can configure comment moderation in a Portal:

Steps

I. From the Portal's Homepage,

  1. Click on the navigation menu on top left corner.
  2. Expand Admin tab.
  3. Click on the Portal Settings tab and you'll be directed to Portal Settings page.

II. From the Portal Settings:

             1. Click on Library to expand the list of operations that can be performed.

             2. Select Comments.

             3. Next, select Allow Comment Moderation checkbox. Make sure that comments are already configured on your                       Portal.

Visit How to configure comments on the Portal to learn more.

              4. Click on the Update button to save changes.

Note: A notification will be displayed stating: Portal details have been updated successfully.
