There are certain steps to be followed to view or update the basic information of a user, such as First Name, Last Name, Groups, Country, etc.
User Role can also be changed for a User. To change the User Role, read How to Change a User Role.

Steps
Only Administrators and Managers can edit a user from Users & Groups.Edit a User
i. From the Portal's Homepage:
- Click on the navigation menu on the top left of your screen.
- Expand the Admin tab.
- Click on Users & Groups, and you'll be directed to the Users & Group page.
ii. From Groups section on the left-hand side of the screen:
- Click on the Filter icon.
- Enter a group name or part of the group name to search. You can also select All Users to search for a user across the portal.
- Select a portal from the drop-down or filter using the All Portals option.
- Group in which a user needs to be edit will appear.
6. Click on the overflow menu.
7. Select Edit User to proceed.
iii. You'll be directed to the User Profile screen:
- Click on the "Picture" icon to upload/update the picture.
- Edit First Name.
- Edit Last Name.
- Change Country Name
- Change Default Language.
- Add or remove Groups.
- How do you hear about us?
- Department
- Select Date
- Change State.
- Change City.
- Change Role from Assigned Role.
- Click on the Update Profile button to proceed.
A notification will be displayed briefly stating, "User information has been updated successfully."
To add custom fields within the portal, users can make use of the User Registration feature. While these fields are initially utilized during user registration in the portal, it's important to note that they are also visible when editing user profiles. Essentially, the fields remain consistent with the information provided by the user during the registration process.
