The autoplay feature in VIDIZMO automatically plays video content as soon as it is accessed via the web application or any other page where it is embedded. However, if the autoplay feature does not work in VIDIZMO, you may need to adjust or check the autoplay settings in your web browser. This is because some browsers restrict autoplay functionality based on their media engagement index, which is a recent policy change.

For Chrome, refer to the Autoplay Policy Changes, which are similar across major browsers such as Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Autoplay is not allowed by default. Users need to configure their browser settings to enable it.

To enable autoplay in Chrome browser, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Site Information icon located beside the URL.

2. A permission tab will appear. Click on it.

3. From the Autoplay permission dropdown menu, select Allow Audio and Video.

4. Next, navigate to your browser settings.

5. In the Privacy and Settings tab, click on Site Settings.

6. In Site Settings, under recent activity, find your site. If it's not listed, click on View Permissions and Data Stored Across Sites to search for your site.

7. Select Allow for sound permission for your portal/domain.

For other major browsers Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge, refer to the attached links for guidance on enabling autoplay.
