VIDIZMO uses full SDLC to develop and test the software before it is released. Typically, VIDIMZO software must go through three or more quality assurance cycles before being released. VIDIZMO provides bi-yearly major upgrades and minor patches as required. These updates release is through ‘VIDIZMO internet auto-update service’ for automatic download and install can be either automatically or manually after testing in a staging environment. In Shared Cloud Model, maintenance carried out is usually on weekends and/or off-peak hours to avoid any disruptions. In most cases, our customers experience zero downtime. In cases when downtime is expected, we inform our customers prior to making such updates. In a dedicated installation model (cloud or on-premises), the customer may include a staging environment option to test these updates on a staging environment before applying these updates on production.
