Overview

VIDIZMO enables you to effortlessly update your organizational details and conveniently monitor your Account usage through consumption reports. These reports provide valuable billing information, giving insights into resource utilization and the resulting costs. By leveraging this functionality, you can efficiently manage and optimize your organizational Account within the VIDIZMO platform.


Concept

Organization

In VIDIZMO, the Organization option within the Account tab lets users update their Portal's details. These updates are reflected in the Contact Us option in the left navigation pane of the Home page. The following information can be updated within the Organization tab:

  1. Organization Name: Users can define the name of their organization. By default, the organization name provided during the Account creation process is displayed here. When accessed within the Portal's scope, the Portal's name is reflected instead.
  2. Country/Region: Users can select their country from a dropdown list.
  3. State/Province: Users can select the state or province from a dropdown list depending on the chosen country.
  4. City: It is necessary to specify the city where the organization is located.
  5. Contact Email: The email address specified here serves as the default recipient for important notifications such as user sign-ups and Portal creation. Furthermore, users have the option to subscribe to customized notifications defined in their User Profile.
  6. Support URL: Users can define a support URL link to allow Portal users to contact them in case of issues, feature requests, or general inquiries about the application.
  7. Billing Contact Email: The designated email address specified in this field serves as the recipient for notifications about various critical events related to the Portal. These notifications include alerts for upcoming expiration, expiration, activation, suspension, and extension of the Portal. By defining a billing contact email, users ensure that timely and essential information regarding the status of their Portal is promptly delivered to the appropriate recipient.



Consumption Reports

In addition to managing portal details, users can conveniently access consumption reports within the Portal. These reports offer valuable insights into the weekly, monthly, annual, or custom consumption of the Portal. They also provide details about the allowed package limit and any overages incurred. Consumption Alerts

Users can configure consumption alert thresholds for various resources within their accounts. These alerts notify administrators when predefined thresholds are reached. By default, administrators receive all alerts set in the Account.



Roles & Permissions

Managers and Administrators possess the authority to access and configure Organization details. However, it is important to note that only Account Administrators have the privilege to view consumption reports and receive consumption alerts.
