Overview

The Audit Log keeps track of every activity in an Account or Portal. VIDIZMO allows users to view Audit logs. Audit logs have details of all activities i.e., users logged in and out, users added and deleted, content added and deleted, campaigns added and deleted, and user profile updates etc.

Follow the steps below to see how you can view and export Audit Log of any Portal.


Steps

i. From the Portal's Homepage
  1. Click on the menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen to bring up the left navigation pane.
  2. Then click on the down arrow to expand the Admin section.
  3. Select the Control Panel to open the Manage Portal navigation pane.




ii. From the Manage Portal navigation pane:

  1. Select Security to further expand its options.
  2. Next, select the Audit Log
  3. To display the filters, click on the filter icon.
  4. Enter IPaddress.
  5. Select the Event from the Event List. The event will determine the nature of the Audit Log. For instance, by selecting User Log Our, all times that user logged out of the Portal will display.
  6. Select Start Date of the duration with respect to which you wish to filter logs.
  7. Select the End Date of the duration with respect to which you wish to filter logs.
  8. Select Users.
  9. Click on the Apply button to proceed.




iii. Based on the filters selected, the Audit Log will be displayed.

  1. Click on the Download Button to proceed. 
  2. Select and save the Audit Log in the Format you require (CSV or PDF) with the help of the drop-down.

Roles and Permissions

In VIDIZMO EnterpriseTube, Administrators and Managers can view and export Audit Logs. However, in VIDIZMO DEMS, only Manager has the permission to do so.
