VIDIZMO Administrators can view the audit & logs, to keep track of user activity. These logs tabulate the data when user perform certain activities on the portal. The data is filtered using the IP address, username, event name, date and email address. Moreover, the logs can be exported as CSV.



Steps


For On-Premise Deployment


1. At the Account/Channel Homepage, go to Web Admin >> Audit & Logs



 

2. At the Audit & Logs page, click on Event Log:


i. Enter the Account/Channel whose audit log you wish to view.


ii. Click on Load to proceed.



 

3. At the Events Log page, you can manage the event log of your Account/Channel by;


i. Enter the IP address.


ii. Enter the User name.


iii. Enter the Email Address.


iv. Enter the Start Date. The start date is the date from where you wish to view the audit log.


v. Enter the End Date. The end date denotes the date till where you wish to view the audit log.


vi. Click on Search.



4. Click on the Download button if you wish to save the audit log on your device in CSV format.



 

5. An Opening data.csv popup window will display:


i. Select Save File radio button to download the file. You can either open the file using Microsoft Excel (default) or save the file.


ii. Click on Ok.


Once saved, you can view this file in MS Excel.



Error Log


1. Now click on the Error Log tab:


i. Enter the desired Channel/Account.


ii. Click on Load.



2. From the Error log page of your desired Account/Channel:


i. Select the Start Date.


ii. Select the End Date.


iii. Select the Severity.


iv. Click on Search




CacheHits 


1. Now click on the CacheHits tab.



2. From the CacheHits tab:


i. Add the start date.


ii. Add the end date.


iii, Click on Search

For SaaS Deployment


1. Login to your Account/Channel.

 

i. From the top menu bar, click on "Admin."


ii. Select "Control Panel."




2. From the Control Panel page, click on "Event Log."




3. In the Event Log page, you can manage Audit & Logs of your Account/Channel by;


i. Enter the IP address.


ii. Enter the User name.


iii. Enter the Email Address.


iv. Enter the Start Date. The start date is the date from where you wish to view the audit log.


v. Enter the End Date. The end date denotes the date till where you wish to view the audit log.


vi. Click on Search.
