Content moderation refers to the practice of monitoring submissions and applying a set of rules which define what is acceptable and what is not. These rules are derived by the user as per their organizational goals and objectives. VIDIZMO’s Administrator approves and rejects content uploaded by Contributor

An email message is sent to the Administrators if any content is uploaded by a Contributor. Once the content has been approved/rejected,  an email message will be sent to the Contributors notifying them about the status. Administrators can update the settings of the media files while republishing and the uploaded media will reflect the newly made changes.


Here is how you can moderate media:


Steps To Approve Media


1. At the Account/Channel Homepage, go to Admin >> Media Management.



2. At the Media Management page, click on the Review tab.



3. At the Review tab:


    i. Select the media file you wish to approve.


    ii. Click on Approve to publish media uploaded by a Contributor.



4. A notification will display stating: Media is successfully updated.



5. An email message will be generated for the Contributor, acknowledging about the approval of their uploaded media.



Steps To Reject Media


1. At the Account/Channel Homepage, go to Admin >> Media Management.



2. At the Media Management page, click on the Review tab.




3. At the Review tab:


    i. Select the media file you wish to reject.


    ii. Click on Reject to remove media uploaded by a Contributor.



4. A notification will display stating: Media is successfully updated.



Note: No email message is generated when an uploaded media is rejected by an Administrator.
