VIDIZMO provides its users with an Analytics Dashboard enabling them to see the overall channel trends. The dashboard provides reports of all videos, campaigns, viewing statistics and users on account or channel. This will help the account/channel Administrator and Manager to analyze the content performance and traffic against each of their uploaded content.

VIDIZMO Analytics Dashboard reports can be downloaded into various files formats ensuring offline accessibility.

Analytics Dashboard

The Dashboard is divided into four distinct tables namely video, campaign, usage and user table. The dashboard enables the users to dig down deeper in the data provided. For instance, just by clicking on the numbers present in the table, users will be able to see further details for each category and actions. Moreover, data is compiled in the form of bar graphs, and pie charts in the Analytics Dashboard providing a graphical representation of the accumulated data.

The tabs are explained as follows:

Video tab:  The video table in Dashboard helps Administrators and Managers to have a look at the total amount of videos present in the account and their statuses. The table shows the count, size, and length of videos uploaded to the specific account or channel along with the number of actions performed on a particular video file (for e.g. how many videos were purchased, published, deleted or stored in the draft).

Campaign tab: The campaign table tabulates the number of entire video campaigns in an account/channel. These videos can be currently running, scheduled for upload, canceled, or completed along with the number of people enrolled/invited into it. The table also provides you with the detail of video size and length of the video which has been uploaded and viewed.

Viewing Statistics tab: The usage table shows the total amount of views, usage and viewing time for videos present in a channel/account. This report helps administrators and managers to have a look at the usage of the overall uploaded videos.

User tab: The user table shows some registered users, pending invitations along with the pending approval request counts in the account or channel. This enables the administrator/manager to manage the user count more efficiently.
