VIDIZMO Campaign Analytics provides the user the information specific to a certain campaign and enables you to decide how effective is that campaign. The Administrators can view relevant information and analytics regarding enrollment, views, completions, average score, etc.
Here is how you can view campaign analytics:
1. At the Account/Channel homepage, go to Admin >> Analytics.
The Campaign Performance report will generate which shows the number of enrollments, viewers, media along with its views and completions, and average score. This report can be generated for all or selected campaigns within a given timeframe. The report comprises of the following:
Campaign Title: The title of the campaign.
Invited Users: The number of invitations sent to the Users for that campaign.
Enrolled Users: The number of Users enrolled in that campaign.
Viewers: This is the count of distinct viewers who have at least watched one media of that campaign.
Media: The number of media included in the campaign.
Viewed Media: The number of media viewed by at least one user.
Media Views: The number of times a media was viewed in a campaign.
Completed Views: The number of times a media was completely viewed in a campaign.
Average Views: The average views per media in a campaign.
Average Score: The average score per media in a campaign.
- Length: It is the total length of all media included in the campaign.
The Basic Details include:
Title: The title of the campaign.
Created By: The user who has created the campaign.
Starts From: The starting date of the campaign.
Created On: The date on which the campaign was created.
Ends At: The date on which the campaign will end.
Last Modified By: The last user who modified the campaign.
Status: The status of the campaign could be Running, Paused, Cancelled, Upcoming, Completed, or ALL.
Modified On: The date on which the campaign was last modified.
Description: The description of the campaign.
- Deleted: It shows if the campaign is deleted from an Account/Channel.
This section shows which media is included in the campaign. It displays the title, description, and duration of all media in a tabular form.
This section shows the name, email address, invitation and enrollment date of a user in the campaign.

You can also refine your reports by using the following filters:
i. Effective Date: The start and end date till when the campaign effective.
ii. Title: You can enter a title or a few characters to list all the campaigns containing that title or character. For instance, if you type "LEX" and then click on View Report, it will show all the campaigns with title containing "LEX".
iii. Status: The status of the campaign could be Running, Paused, Cancelled, Upcoming, Completed, or ALL.
